Shipping + Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds. 

We’re happy to replace any items that arrive damaged or defective. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

To begin an exchange, please email us at kate@floravesta.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Shipping

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct — we’re unable to make changes once your package is on its way.

Orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.
